4. Custom Orders

Custom decorated products require customer approval before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork proofs carefully. Once artwork has been approved:

• Production begins.
• Changes may not be possible.
• Additional charges may apply.

 

Supplier Substitution

If a manufacturer discontinues a product or it’s unexpectedly out of stock, we reserve the right to offer a comparable substitute after communicating with the customer.

Quantity Variance

In custom manufacturing, exact quantities aren’t always possible. A small overrun or underrun of up to ±5% may occur, with proportional billing.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

TTBS is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution or unsuitable artwork supplied by the customer, provided the customer approved the proof.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order before production.

6. Payment

Payment is required according to the payment terms presented during checkout or on approved quotes. Orders may not begin production until payment requirements have been satisfied.

7. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as estimates only. While we work hard to meet deadlines, TTBS is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Supplier delays
• Customer proof approval delays
• Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Returns & Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom made:

• Custom products are generally non-returnable unless defective or produced incorrectly.

Non-custom products may be eligible for return according to our Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

• logos
• graphics
• photographs
• product descriptions
• text
• branding
• trademarks
• designs

are the property of The Tote Bag Store or their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Customer Artwork

Customers represent that they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or trademarks submitted to TTBS. Customers agree to indemnify TTBS against claims arising from unauthorized artwork submissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTBS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Promotions, discounts, rewards, and special offers:

14. Love Handles™ Rewards

Participation in the Love Handles™ Rewards Program is subject to separate program rules. TTBS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

Reviews, comments, photos, or other content submitted to TTBS may be used for marketing purposes. By submitting content, you grant TTBS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content.
